That’s why we’re excited to announce the newest addition to our growing family: **Robin Aldana**, who will be serving as our **Workflow and Customer Service Coordinator**.
Robin brings not only a wealth of professional experience but also a genuine warmth and passion for helping others that fits perfectly with our culture at Locke and Key.

Meet Robin Aldana
Robin grew up in the vibrant Bay Area of Northern California and has been happily married to her husband, Thomas, for nearly 38 years. Together, they’ve raised two sons, Evan and Christian, and are now proud grandparents to two grandchildren, Kai (4) and Layla (almost 3). In 2020, Robin and Thomas made the heartfelt move to South Carolina to help care for her parents following Thomas’s retirement.
Family is at the center of Robin’s world, and much of her time is spent making memories with her grandchildren and enjoying life with their beloved golden retriever, Pearl. Whether it’s gardening, traveling, home renovation projects, or discovering local restaurants and wineries, Robin brings energy and curiosity into everything she does. She and Thomas are avid sports fans—especially when it comes to cheering on the **San Francisco Giants**, **Golden State Warriors**, and any exciting **Track & Field** events.
A Proven Professional
Robin’s professional background is as impressive as her personal story. With a degree in Management and a specialization in Organizational Management, she has served in high-level roles including **Executive Assistant to a CEO in the software marketing industry**, where she was later promoted to **VP of Operations**. She’s also worked as a **Communication and Event Director**, **consultant to emerging tech companies**, and **executive assistant and administrative leader** in both nonprofit and church environments.
Her unique combination of corporate, nonprofit, and ministry experience gives her a well-rounded perspective and deep expertise in **communication, systems implementation, marketing, planning, and client care**—skills that are crucial in real estate and invaluable to our team.
