At Locke and Key Associates, we believe that real estate is more than just buying or selling a property—it’s about building relationships, being part of the community, and walking alongside our clients through some of life’s most important decisions. That’s why this post comes with both gratitude and humility.
I’m David Locke, and while I usually focus on spotlighting homes, neighborhoods, or tips for buyers and sellers, today I want to pause and say **thank you**—to my clients, partners, and community—for making the following recognitions possible:

* **Top 500 Realtors in the Upstate of South Carolina** by *Real Producers*
* **Bronze Sales Award** from Keller Williams for consistent performance and dedication and sales volume of $3.7 Million

These aren’t accolades I ever expected, and certainly not ones I achieved alone. Every buyer who trusted me with their first home, every family who allowed me to guide their relocation, and every seller who invited me to represent their property—you’re the reason these honors exist as I celebrate the start of my fourth year in Real Estate. I can remember struggling to sell my first house when I started my business and my first house came after six months of not a single call. To God by the Glory for a triving business in three short years!
I consider it a privilege to serve the Upstate—Anderson, Greenville, Powdersville, Seneca, and beyond. Whether it’s finding the right fixer-upper, downsizing for retirement, or investing in your next chapter, **your success is my priority**.
The awards are nice, but they’ll never mean more than the relationships built along the way.
