Ingredients:

1 loaf of French bread (split in half)

1/2 cup of green olives (sliced)

1/2 cup of black olives (sliced)

2 green onions (chopped)

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

1/2 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

1. **Prep the Bread**: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the French bread lengthwise and place the halves on a baking sheet.

2. **Mix the Spread**: In a mixing bowl, combine the green olives, black olives, green onions, mayonnaise, and all three cheeses. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

3. **Spread and Bake**: Evenly spread the olive and cheese mixture onto the bread halves. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For extra crispiness, switch to the broiler setting for a couple of minutes at the end.

4. **Serve**: Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy this cheesy, savory treat!
