Nothing says summer quite like a glass of chilled sangria, and this year, I’ve created the *ultimate* Bubbly Rosé Sangria to celebrate the season in style. As both your favorite Realtor and lifestyle blogger here at Boots and Bow Ties, I love sharing ways to make a house feel like home—even during an open house!

Summer Bubbly Rosé Sangria
Ingredients:
* 1 bottle chilled dry rosé (750 ml – pick a Provence-style rosé for crispness)
* 1 cup peach schnapps
* 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
* 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
* 1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
* 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
* 1 handful fresh mint leaves
* 1 can lemon-lime sparkling water (or club soda)
* 1 bottle dry sparkling wine or prosecco, well chilled
* Ice for serving
Optional for extra flair: Edible flowers or frozen fruit cubes

Method
1. Macerate the Fruit:
In a large pitcher, combine sliced strawberries, orange and lemon rounds, pineapple, and mint leaves. Pour in the peach schnapps and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours) so the fruit can soak up all that sweet flavor.
2. Add the Base:
Pour in your chilled rosé and gently stir to combine with the fruit mixture. Let it chill for another 30 minutes to blend flavors.
3. Top and Serve:
Right before serving, add the sparkling wine and the lemon-lime sparkling water for that effervescent finish. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or an edible flower if you’re feeling fancy!
